Montinutra creates value by combining proven industrial processes and methods on low value raw materials, to achieve high value products. Our technology solutions are sustainable and scalable with affordable CAPEX in industrially significant volumes and with available raw materials.

Montinutra is a B2B company, with core competence in developing the fractionation technology, and commercializing the ingredients into new applications. Montinutra’s market potential consists of many ingredient markets on global scale: cosmetics, coatings and paints, binders, adhesives, wood fibres and powders, and phenolic antioxidants.

Current ownership consists of Metsä Spring Ltd as an industrial investor and with seed-angel investors. We look for new strategic and financial investors to join a syndicate for Series-A investment. Metsä Spring will act as the lead investor and shows flexibility to other investors to join. Series-A targets to finalize the funding for the commercial plant to be finalized and ramped up in 2025–2026.
